In today’s fast-paced world, getting timely medical help can be stressful. Long queues at clinics, difficulty finding trusted doctors, and running around to buy medicines — all of this makes healthcare feel more complicated than it should be.
Solution:
That’s where MediLink comes in. I created a simple, easy-to-use app that lets users consult certified doctors online and order medicines straight to their doorstep. Everything is available in just a few taps — saving time, effort, and unnecessary worry.
Challenges:
Building trust in an online medical platform is the biggest challenge. I had to ensure the user experience felt reliable, the doctor network was verified, and the medicine ordering process was smooth and secure. Creating a seamless flow between consultation and medicine delivery was key.
